Isabelle Mettle is a North London born neo-soul and progressive R&B artist, producer and songwriter whose sound lives at the intersection of groove, vulnerability and healing. Rooted in introspection and honest, real-life experiences, her music weaves warm textures inspired by '90s soul with bold, experimental contemporary digital textures.
Inspired by the likes of Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Robert Glasper and Blood Orange, Isabelle Mettle's work invited listeners to feel seen and connected. Her debut EP, Equinox, explores growth, self-acceptance, and transformation over the course of five years.
Garnering attention across various platforms and publications for her innovative fusion of neo-soul, R&B and jazz; her work has featured the likes of BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio London and Merseyside, and Spotify Editorial playlists. Mettle has also acted as backing vocalist to RAYE at prestigious venues like the Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Stadium and the O2, as well as Reading & Leeds festivals and the BRIT Awards.
